The outer armor of Heatshield Armor is resistant to the elements is a 4 mil this aluminium, gives the exhaust heat shield a long life. Our exclusive BioCool insulation material as the inner pad, bonded to a heavy-duty foil outer layer using a proprietary process. This makes it capable of withstanding 982 degrees continuously, which allows this heatshield to be placed directly on exhaust systems, turbo manifolds, downpipes and diesel particulate filters (check with state regulations regarding usage on DPF). Because this heat shield installs directly on the exhaust system components, it performs better than the clamp-on standoff heatshields that allow heat to escape because they are set above the pipe and not directly insulating it.
Heatshield Armor offers superior performance over all metal exhaust heat shields. The metal heat shields have conduction with one hot side and one cold side: There is no metal-to-metal contact layer it uses a thermal break to create a real cold side.
BioCool is a non-caustic, non-flammable bio-soluble silica thermal insulation material. It doesn't cause itching and won't smoke/smell the first time it is heat-cycled. This exhaust heat shield material is flexible, easy to cut and may be cleaned after installation. Heatshield Armor is available in two thicknesses: 1/4-inch for most naturally aspirated applications and 1/2-inch for forced-induction and racing applications.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our web store and will be dispatched the next business day provided the item is in stock and payment received as cleared funds.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you during business hours and ask if you would like a substitute item.
Please note: Payment by Bank Transfer (direct credit) can take 2-3 working days to be cleared.
Dangerous Goods and Oversized Items
Delivery of large and heavy items and dangerous goods may incur additional freight.

Return Policy
Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice and must be within 14 days from date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection before a credit is issued and a RETURN FEE will apply.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If a refund is processed to your credit card there can be a bank processing delay of a few days.
Goods bought at a clearance price are not refundable. If your item included any "special offer parts free of charge", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).
AutoPower has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered. The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.
