Heatshield Products’ HP Thermal Sleeving: Protect Your Lines for Better Performance
When you’re getting revved up on the racetrack and ready to jump ahead of the crowd, there’s nothing worse than being stopped by vapor lock. Our fuel line insulation kit prevents this problem by protecting your bike’s lines from radiant heat.
Made from a flexible fiberglass weave that expands and contracts over fittings and terminals, our HP moto thermal sleeve can dissipate temperatures up to 593°C continuous and 1093°C intermittent while adding that classic aesthetic and hiding unsightly wires. With a 60% reduction in radiant heat, your wires are no longer at risk of melting or suffering irreversible heat damage from being too close to the motor or exhaust pipe.
Installing Your Heatshield Products HP Thermal Sleeving
You’ve bought your HP thermal sleeve kit—how do you install it? Wearing safety glasses, gloves, and an industrial dust mast, bunch or shrink the tubing over each component and secure the ends with our Thermal-Tie, hose clamps, exhaust wrap ties, or tie wire. For an OEM look you can do yourself, you can also seal the ends of the thermal sleeve with our Heatshield heat shrink tubing (thanks to Bryan Fuller of Fuller Hot Rods for this pro tip!)

HP Builder's Kit Installation Tips
- To expand ID of sleeve, bunch or shrink the overall length of sleeve
- To decrease ID stretch overall length
- Secure ends of sleeve with Thermal-Tie, clamp, wire, or high temp electrical tape
PRO TIP - As provided by Bryan Fuller of Fuller Hot Rods, use some heat shrink tubing on the ends to give it an OEM look.

North Island - Expected delivery 1-3 business days.
South Island -Expected delivery 3-5 business days.
All orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following week.
We use a range of couriers depending on the product and your location. Please note delivery times may be longer for rural address, remote areas, large, heavy or dangerous goods.
Special Orders
All Special Order item(s) are sent direct from our supplier(s) and incur additional freight charges. These charges are calculated at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our web store and will be dispatched the next business day provided the item is in stock and payment received as cleared funds.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you during business hours and ask if you would like a substitute item.
Please note: Payment by Bank Transfer (direct credit) can take 2-3 working days to be cleared.
Dangerous Goods and Oversized Items
Delivery of large and heavy items and dangerous goods may incur additional freight.
You will be notified of any additional freight costs before the processing and shipping your order. Delivery times of these items may be longer.
Where is my Order Confirmation?
An Order Confirmation is e-mailed to you shortly after payment is confirmed. If no Order Confirmation is received, ensure you have checked any spam and/or promotion folders.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots?
Sorry, we don't ship orders to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. We will only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Open and inspect all parcels BEFORE signing for the courier delivery and if damaged in transit please ensure the courier has recorded this and notify us immediately on 0800 783 224
Return Policy
Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice and must be within 14 days from date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection before a credit is issued and a RETURN FEE will apply.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If a refund is processed to your credit card there can be a bank processing delay of a few days.
Goods bought at a clearance price are not refundable. If your item included any "special offer parts free of charge", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).
AutoPower has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered. The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.
