This stick-on heat shield can reflect over 90 percent of radiant heat.
HP Sticky Shield™ is the ultimate way to stop heat from radiating into the driver’s compartment of your ride. Made from a dense layer of 1/8-inch-thick proprietary Kool Core™ insulation and shielded by a rugged layer of 3 mil-thick aluminium, HP Sticky Shield™ may be cleaned after installation and is resistant to the elements. The heavy-duty peel-and stick adhesive backed heat barrier will bond to almost any clean surface, although it is not recommended for unfinished fiberglass or carbon fiber. It is the perfect radiant heatshield for transmission tunnels, mufflers, catalytic converters, DPFs, turbos, downpipes and exhaust systems.
HP Sticky Shield™ can be used with less than 1 inch of airspace. However, when used with 1 inch or more of airspace, this peel and stick heat shield is capable of shielding over 90 percent of heat. Did that set of long-tube headers on your Mustang, Camaro, Challenger, or tuner move your catalytic converter to where there are no factory heatshields? Use self-stick insulation to stop the heat. HP Sticky Shield™ is asbestos-free and designed to be used under the vehicle on the floorplan, firewall, transmission tunnel and more. This sticky heat shield is not designed to be used underneath carpet. Use the included Cool Foil Tape™ to seal seams when putting two of these heatshields together and to protect the edges of HP Sticky Shield™. You can even use the tape to repair any damage caused to HP Sticky Shield™ from on- or off-road hazards.

North Island - Expected delivery 1-3 business days.
South Island -Expected delivery 3-5 business days.
All orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following week.
We use a range of couriers depending on the product and your location. Please note delivery times may be longer for rural address, remote areas, large, heavy or dangerous goods.
Special Orders
All Special Order item(s) are sent direct from our supplier(s) and incur additional freight charges. These charges are calculated at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our web store and will be dispatched the next business day provided the item is in stock and payment received as cleared funds.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you during business hours and ask if you would like a substitute item.
Please note: Payment by Bank Transfer (direct credit) can take 2-3 working days to be cleared.
Dangerous Goods and Oversized Items
Delivery of large and heavy items and dangerous goods may incur additional freight.
You will be notified of any additional freight costs before the processing and shipping your order. Delivery times of these items may be longer.
Where is my Order Confirmation?

Do you ship to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots?

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. We will only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Return Policy
Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice and must be within 14 days from date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection before a credit is issued and a RETURN FEE will apply.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If a refund is processed to your credit card there can be a bank processing delay of a few days.
Goods bought at a clearance price are not refundable. If your item included any "special offer parts free of charge", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).
AutoPower has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered. The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.
