We use internal hems on all our turbo shields. This gives our turbo heat shields additional strength & a much cleaner and professional appearance. This also prevents the turbo shields form falling apart. that's right you can remove this form your turbine housing without it falling apart like turbo heat shields made with an external hem. This turbo heat shield has also been redesigned for a tighter fit on the turbo housing, along with a larger openings for center housings discharge pipes to better fit on the newest generation of high-performance turbochargers.
This Lava turbo wrap has a rugged outer layer of our Lava Shield material that is 25 percent stronger than comparable fiberglass shields, giving a longer life span. The business end of this turbo heat bag is our Inferno Mat, silica contact layer makes Lava Turbo Heat Shield™ capable of withstanding 1800-F continuous. We use our exclusive BioCool inner insulation which gives our turbo shield a much cooler cold side temperature compared to OEM metal shields. The precision-fit design of this heat shield turbo wrap means you don't have to trim or fit the heatshield blanket to your turbo housing, making installation a snap. These shields work for both traditional & v-band turbo compressor housings.

Use a pair of needle nose pliers to help your stretch springs to hooks

We use a range of couriers depending on the product and your location. Please note delivery times may be longer for rural address, remote areas, large, heavy or dangerous goods.
Special Orders
All Special Order item(s) are sent direct from our supplier(s) and incur additional freight charges. These charges are calculated at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our web store and will be dispatched the next business day provided the item is in stock and payment received as cleared funds.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you during business hours and ask if you would like a substitute item.
Please note: Payment by Bank Transfer (direct credit) can take 2-3 working days to be cleared.
Dangerous Goods and Oversized Items
Delivery of large and heavy items and dangerous goods may incur additional freight.
You will be notified of any additional freight costs before the processing and shipping your order. Delivery times of these items may be longer.
Where is my Order Confirmation?

Do you ship to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots?
Sorry, we don't ship orders to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. We will only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Return Policy
Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice and must be within 14 days from date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection before a credit is issued and a RETURN FEE will apply.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If a refund is processed to your credit card there can be a bank processing delay of a few days.
Goods bought at a clearance price are not refundable. If your item included any "special offer parts free of charge", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).
AutoPower has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered. The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.
